The variety has been selected at Lisavenko Institute in 1994 from seedlings of free pollination of 61-72-12 (free pollination of Chuyskaya).

Bush of compact growth without thorns.

Berries are moderate size (0.6-0.7 g) of oval shape, red-orange with dense pulp.

Taste is sweet-sour. It has long pedicle (4-6 mm) with high tear-off force.

Ripening period is the middle of September.

Directions of utilization: mostly for processing.

Advantages: late ripening, long period of maturity (long time no overripe), high carotenoids content.

Disadvantages: comparatively small berries.

Summary... Maybe because of moderate productivity and berries size the variety is not interesting for us. In common - not bad, not super good...

This variety is unavailable for purchasing.

The variety has been selected at Lisavenko Institute in 2001 from seedlings of free pollination of 7-66-321 (Scherbinki-1 x Chulyshmanskyi ecotype).

Bush of compact growth without thorns.

Berries are moderate size (0.7-0.9 g) of oval shape, orange.

Taste is sweet-sour. It has moderate pedicle (4-5 mm) with moderate tear-off force.

Ripening period is the beginning of September.

Directions of utilization: mostly for processing.

Advantages: Compact crown, thornlessness, long period of maturity (long time no overripe), high carotenoids content.

Disadvantages: comparatively difficult to harvest.

Summary... It is interesting variety because of absence of thorns and compact crown, but some difficulties on hand picking make it not so attractive for industry.

This variety is available for purchasing in small amount (2-4 thousand plants per year).

The variety has been selected at Lisavenko Institute in1979 from seedlings of free pollination of Chuyskiy ecotype.

Bush of compact growth mostly without thorns.

Berries are moderate size (0.7-0.9 g) of cylindrical shape, orange.

Taste is sweet-sour. It has moderate pedicle (4-5 mm) with low tear-off force.

Ripening period is the beginning of September.

Directions of utilization: mostly for processing.

Advantages: Compact crown, thornlessness, easy handpicking, high productivity.

Disadvantages: comparatively low resistance to fusarium.

Summary... One of the most popular varieties in the world. Despite of the age (it was selected in 1979), till now are under propagation and considered as promising. It extremely response to field technologies (irrigation, etc.) providing huge productivity (up to 25-30 tons per hectare). At the same time one of the easiest for handpicking. The only problem is susceptibility to fusarium.

This variety is available for purchasing in moderate amount (10-15 thousand plants per year).

The variety has been selected at Lisavenko Institute in 1990 from seedlings of hybridization progeny of Scherbinki-1 x Chulysmanskiy ecotype.

Bush of moderate growth with minor thorns.

Berries are moderate size (0.6-0.7 g) of oval shape, orange colored.

Taste is sweet-sour. It has long pedicle (5-6 mm) with moderate tear-off force.

Ripening period is the beginning of September.

Directions of utilization: mostly for processing.

Advantages: comparatively high resistance to fusarium.

Disadvantages: small berries size, moderate productivity

Summary... In previous time was quite popular in industrial plantations because of low susceptibility to fusarium. But at the moment small berries size makes this variety not so interesting.

This variety is unavailable for purchasing.

NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

The variety has been selected at Lisavenko Institute in 2006 from seedlings of free pollination of 87-72-6a.

Bush of moderate growth with minor thorns.

Berries are large (0.9-1.1 g) of egg-shaped form, orange.

Taste is sour-sweet. It has long pedicle (6-7 mm) with moderate tear-off force.

Ripening period is the beginning of September.

Directions of utilization: mostly for fresh eating.

Advantages: high level of palatability, easy handpicking, high productivity, large berries size, high resistance to fusarium wilt.

Disadvantages:

Summary... Absolutely amazing variety combining pleasant taste (not the best in the world, but nevertheless), high productivity, large berries size, resistance to fusarium.

This variety is available for purchasing in huge amount (20-30 thousand plants per year).
