The variety has been selected at Lisavenko Institute in 1979 from seedlings of hybridization progeny of Scherbinki-1 x Katunskiy ecotype.
Bush is vigorous without thorns.
Berries are moderate size (0.7-0.8 g) of oval shape, dark-orange.
Taste is sour. It has moderate pedicle (4-5 mm) with moderate tear-off force.
Ripening period is the end of August - beginning of September.
Directions of utilization: mostly for processing.
Advantages: high productivity; thornlessness.
Disadvantages: too vigorous.
Summary... Because of unexplainable reasons the variety is out of our interest.

OGNIVO
The variety has been selected at Lisavenko Institute in 2011 from seedlings of hybridization progeny of Chechek x 14-68 11-45 (30-61-1508 (free pollination of Scherbinki-1) × Katunskiy ecotype)).
Bush is vigorous, branches without thorns. Crown is roundish shape.
Berries are large size (0.8-1.0 g) of cylindrical shape, red colored.
Taste is sour. It has long pedicle (6-7 mm) with high tear-off force.
Ripening period is the beginning-middle of September.
Directions of utilization: processing, fresh eating.
Advantages: red colored, large berries size, dry berries separation, late ripening.
Disadvantages: vigorous bush.
Summary... Extremely interesting variety. It is red colored and has comparatively large berries. They are ripe in the beginning of September, but stay in good condition till the end of the month. It is one of few varieties with dry berries separation and as a result the quality of berries is too high. It is not sweet but performance of them are too attractive.
This variety is available for purchasing in small amount (5-6 thousand plants per year).

ORANZHEVAYA

Taste is sour. It has long pedicle (7-8 mm) with high tear-off force.

Directions of utilization: processing only.
Advantages: long pedicle.
Disadvantages: high tear-off force.
Summary... Nothing interesting.

Berries are large (0.8-1.0 g) of oval shape, red-orange.
Taste is sweet-sour. It has short pedicle (3-4 mm) with moderate tear-off force.
Ripening period is the middle of September.
Directions of utilization: processing only.
Advantages: satisfactory efficiency on handpicking, large berries size.
Disadvantages: moderate thornness.
Summary... Because of presence of thorn variety is not so interesting.
